Itineraries
Day 1
Arrival at Delhi + Local City Tour
Upon arrival in Delhi your golden triangle tour with Himachal will start with Journey Handlers. After arrival at Delhi Airport/ Railway you will be transferred to hotel after freshen up you can Visit Raj Ghat, drive past Jama Masjid and the Red Fort. In the afternoon visit Qutub Minar, India Gate and the Lotus Temple. During your tour drive past the President's House, Parliament House and the Government Secretariat Buildings. Evening visit and shop in the local market of Janpath Market for local shopping.
Day 2
Delhi-Agra (204 kms Approx.)
Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and you can proceed towards Agra another historical and romantic city of Agra.
En-route visit Sikandara - the mausoleum of Emperor Akbar. There after proceed to sun-set visit Taj Mahal (On Friday it is closed and if we reached on Friday then same will be cover on next day Sun-rise visit to Taj Mahal) built by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his beloved Queen Mumtaz Mahal.
Continue the tour visiting the Agra Fort containing the Royal residential palaces, the Halls of Public and Private Audience and beautiful gardens. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3
Agra to Delhi (204 Km Approx.)
Today after breakfast you can start your journey towards Chandigarh. After reaching Chandigarh check in at the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 4
Delhi to Shimla (320 Km Approx.)
Today morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and you can proceed towards Shimla. Enjoy the Scenic Himalayas from the window of your cab. On the ways, stopover at Pinjore Garden and rope-way at Timber Trail Resort and Jabli snow park. Cab will pass through Kalka, Parwanoo, Barog and Solan on the way to Shimla. Enroute you will stop for lunch break at Barog and comfort breaks and would have enough time to stop for photo breaks. You will reach Shimla in the evening and will transfer to hotel in Shimla and Overnight Stay.
Day 5
Shimla – Kufri – Jakku - Shimla Local Sightseeing
Today after breakfast we will drive you for the sightseeing tour of Kufri. You will visit green valley, Yak Point, Chini Bunglow, Indira Tourist Park with mini zoo famous for Himalayan Pheasants. In Kufri take a spectacular view of the Central Himalayas. Visit to the famous picnic spots around Shimla which include Fagu, Kufri. Enjoy horse / Yak ride, see Himalayan national park at Kufri. After that visit Jakhu temple where is 108 feet high Hanumaan statue. In the evening explore Shimla city on foot as vehicle entry is prohibited. You can see prime places of Shimla like Lakkar Bazaar, Ridge, Church, Mall Road, Kali Bari Temple, Scandal Point etc. Ideal time for shopping and eating out at restaurants on the mall road. Overnight stay in Shimla.
Day 6
Shimla to Manali
Today after breakfast we will check out from the hotel in Shimla and will drive you to Manali. It is a beautiful day of drive through the beautiful valleys of Sundernagar, Mandi, Pandoh Dam, Hanogi devi temple, Kullu. The valley in between Mandi to Manali, we drive along the beas river and the drive is full of scenic views and we will stop for various picture breaks, lunch break and comfort breaks on the way. If interested we will visit the Traditional shawl weaving factories in Kullu. Later on, continue our drive to Manali where we will arrive by evening. On arrival In Manali check in to your hotel after fresh up dinner and overnight stay in the Manali hotel.
Day 7
Manali Local sightseeing
After Breakfast at the hotel drive to towards Manali Local Sightseeing visit “Hidimba Devi Temple” landmark of Manali, also known variously as the “Hidimba Temple”. It was built in 1553 and an enormous rock occupies the inside of the temple, only a 7.5 cm (3 inch) tall brass image representing goddess Hidimba Devi. Next is “club house”. You can do indoor and our door activities there. You can visit “Van Vihar Nature Park, Club House, Vashist Bath, Tibetan Monastery, Mall Road. It will be your full day sightseeing after that go back to hotel in the evening. Dinner & Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 8
Manali to Solang Valley
Morning after breakfast proceed toward Solang Valley for full day fun in Solang Valle. It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India 14 km northwest of the resort town Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass (on direct payment), and is known for its summer and winter sport conditions. This day is free for your adventure activities most commonly offered are Ropeway, paragliding, skating and zorbing. Snow melts during the summer months starting May and skiing is then replaced by zorbing (a giant ball with room for 2 people which is rolled down a 200-metre hill), paragliding, parachuting and horse riding. After that return back to Manali hotel dinner & overnight stay at hotel
Day 9
Manali to Delhi Drop
Morning after breakfast, check out from Manali hotel. Our cab driver will pick you up from the hotel and you will proceed toward Delhi. You will reach Delhi in the evening.
Then the tour end with Journey Handlers But the sweet memories remain….
